Takes too long to get anything done through this app. I’ve been reporting an abandoned car for more than 6 months and they closed my ticket. Someone finally got rid of the car in July, but just updated the app today (last week of August) that the ticket is closed because the vehicle was no longer in the area.

If u want action taken to improve/clean up something in Phila, then this app is a must-have. I've had abandoned cars towed, rubbish removed, traffic lights fixed, graffiti removed, potholes filled, etc- all within a few days of reporting them, using this app. Choosing the correct category can be confusing at times though. Also, I did Not find this app through the App Store, by using search term 'Philly 311' so this needs to be fixed. I found it by doing a Google Search.

I have used this app numerous times to report potholes and other issues. So far the city has been quick to respond and fix the issue while leaving comments of the progress in the app. Overall great experience!

I have photos of an issue that I can’t post. If you try to add one, it just opens the photo full screen with no interface elements so you can’t attach it or go back or anything. How do the developers even think this feature is supposed to work?

Please improve this App. It’s awful! At minimum need a feature to allow you to view all of your requests after submitting. Also not everyone uses Facebook so logging in with FB Doesn’t work for all. Many bugs in this app too. Please make it better. This is an important way to communicate with our city management. Thank you! Ps-some good ideas to check out in the Baltimore 311 app.
