Phase 10: World Tour

The energy needed for progression in the main game gets used up really quickly, why not adopt the match 3 approach whereby you use lives and if you win you keep the life active as it were, finding myself finished far too quickly. I don’t really want to play online with others as waiting for their responses can be really slow and tedious, personally prefer playing against the computer. One thing I’m really confused about though is the coins, what are they even for? I know you use them for multiplayer but other than that they seem to serve no purpose... odd

I paid for the original Phase 10 and when I downloaded this version It said I would receive a gift as previously paid for the original. I have just had an advert come up to say I could get rid of the adverts if I paid. Surely, as I have already purchased the original game I should have an “ads free” version given to me now. So I am very disappointed in not receiving anything at all. I have not given this game 5 stars as in the previous owned game I could play without worrying about using up “energy”. In other words I could play all day if I wanted to! 50 “energy” at 5 “energy” a time doesn’t last long and takes ages to “re-energise”. So although I am enjoying the game I have to deduct a star for my above comments

Overall the game is enjoyable. The tutorial is long and painful and cannot be skipped (should add skip button.) As well as that the energy is complete crap, you should not have to spend 5 on each objective. Maybe 5 per game but personally I enjoy the game with no limits as it turns the game worse and worse if you have to wait after 6 plays. Sure it’s fun but the things I’ve listed are definitely a must. This is also a small suggestion, the multiplayer should be available offline as well as I usually play on the road with no WiFi and when you run out of energy, you really need something to do without using data.

I love Phase 10, we play the proper card game all the time so I love this app. However, when it’s a group of 4 playing I find that it takes so incredibly long to get to my turn that I switch off. Especially when they skip you 3 or 4 times in a row. I’m going to give up on it soon. Max should be three players and even that’s a bit tedious at times. Remember when it’s a card game, there is social interaction to pass the time on your phone or tablet there’s nothing - except the call of a different game or Netflix!!!!

I love this game and I loved that I could play it. But it’s so unfair. It’s evidentially not up to the luck of the draw as probably every other game, all the other players pick one card and complete their phase, and I am far from it... but they skip me, even if I’m a couple of phases behind. I’ve deleted it now as I was 4 phases ahead of everyone, then literally all three other players got their phases in one turn each and every round until they had ALL caught up, and I didn’t have a chance to play anything... in 4 phases! It got boring. It’s not luck of the draw, it’s a scam trying to make you pay for more bonus cards to win.
