The Sentry Print app makes it easy for businesses of all sizes to secure their office printing workflows, improve the printing experience, ensure document confidentiality, and significantly reduce printing costs. You can submit print jobs on your mobile device from any location and any network. Then, when it’s convenient, you can walk up to a secure printer and use this app to scan a QR code affixed to the printer. This immediately releases all documents in your personal queue so you can collect your documents without having to touch the printer interface. This fast and simple workflow prevents sensitive information from being left unattended on printer output trays. It also improves convenience by allowing you to securely release your documents at any printer in your organization’s network. Note: This app requires a Beacon Sentry Print or Beacon Mobile Print account and iOS versions 12, 13, and 14 are fully tested and supported. To use this app: 1) Register the app using the Pharos Sentry Print Setup Guide provided by your organization. 2) Follow the steps provided in the setup guide to enable mobile submission. 3) Print as you normally do from your workstation or iOS device. 4) Open the Sentry Print app. 5) Walk up to any secure printer on the network and scan the QR code on the printer.
