Peak Mindful

I used this app for a few days and instantly saw how it could fit into my daily routine. It’s simple to use and the small increments, aka mindful microdosing, is such a great and simple concept to implement. I work in a fast-paced and high-stress industry and while meditating for long periods is the goal, it isn’t always realistic. Upon opening this app, I know I can get my zen on quickly and efficiently. So glad I have something I can turn to in those moments of high anxiety at work. Also, it helps that the experience design doesn’t overwhelm me when trying to operate... a definitely bonus!

I have been using the app it has been great for me mentally in more than one way. I suggest everyone try this if you need an extra push in your day. I do wish I could go back and review days when I miss them or if I want to reload with the same motivation but I like that each day their is new content. I’m so incredibly pleased with the app and all the use I am personally getting from it. -Kenzie
