I had to download this app because the only payment machine nearby was broken, and I kept getting error messages when trying to pay via the website on my phone. When you register, the minimum you can top up is €10. But you're also forced to set a low balance threshold, at a minimum of €10. So I put €10 into my account, and the second I paid €3.80 for my parking, my account was debited a further €10 because it fell beneath the threshold. I plan on using the remaining €6 or so and deleting the app before I hit the low balance threshold. I can never use that money anyway, since I have to maintain a minimum balance of €10, so what's the point? **UPDATE** I haven't used the app since writing this review, so my balance hadn't changed - or so I thought. Then I noticed in my banking statement that I'd been charged €10 by this crowd. I was confused, since I hadn't used it in months. Turns out that there is a monthly 'maintenance charge' that is taken from your balance if you're not using the app. What an underhanded, outrageous way of extracting money off people. I have requested an account closure and thankfully I will get my balance refunded. I have never had more satisfaction deleting an app than I have this piece of garbage.

Joke of an app. Trying to deal with the customer service team is an absolute joke. The system is designed to charge your debit card if your account goes below a minimum of €10, a feature which you can not change. Used the app once and still got fined as although the application picked up me being in a Yellow parking zone, i was still not covered after paying to park here via the app.

I’ve been using this app for the past few months in Dublin city centre. Have never had an issue with it. Quick and easy to use. Have saved me €€€’s over the past few weeks

I had to download this app today as most of the meters in Bray were out of order. It cost me €20 to pay for less then 2 hours parking. It’s €10 to register, it was €1.57 to park but once it falls below €10 they automatically top you up another €10. I rang and cancelled. I gather they are used to the negative responses but could do with being a little more professional and less snotty. Total Scam!

Great app but eats into your account as it auto top up when your close to €10 balance. So €10 is always the minimum you can have, so really you use €20 when it gets close to €10
