Once installed the App is simplicity itself to use. There are a variety of screens so you can check your transactions in multiple ways. The only drawback I can see is if you don’t have a smart phone - like my wife! So I have to be there every time. Not an issue really as the payment process and points redemption are both very easy. It’s better than the loyalty card because you can see at a glance how many points you have etc. etc. The app seems well thought out and so far I have encountered no problems. Long may this continue!

This is so easy and really quick to navigate. The offers that come with the app are also great. I switched device last week and my profile / points & rewards were all there when I installed the app on my new device - didn’t have to sign in again etc.

Hi. I’m a regular of Paul’s and tried to use the app was not as expected. No clarity on order ahead option; I would prefer to have a button on the home page and that to take me to the shops around me or give the change to pick my fav one. Do I get points for other purchases than coffee and nibbles? I usually order their cakes for most of our special occasions, get sandwiches etc. Could I get points for that? What about historical purchases associated with my account? I see the app is a YoYo app, my suggestion is to use the good practice applied to build Nero! That’s a good app.

Generally a very good app and rewards system. Much better than the old plastic card. Would be fun if personal favourite foods and drinks could be stored under my profile ....and the app rewards system recognises that. But so far I am impressed. Keep up the good work and importantly the rewards!

Let alone the fact Paul decided to play stupid and dumped all its commitments under the old card system, the new app regularly fails to record transactions. Unless the sale goes perfectly smoothly, the app is almost certainly bound to fail to record the purchase, eg if contactless bounces & you have to enter pin, or Paul associate amends something in the order after the QR had been scanned. The worst bit is Paul staff can’t do anything to rectify such errors. Really annoying!
