I hate when apps try to add a bunch of extra unnecessary features. I just wanted something to keep track of NoFap, & this works perfect for that. Just hit the button & forget about it, works great

It does what is supposed to do. It keeps me accountable for myself for myself. It's like a checkpoint before reverting back to a bad habit. It's a sort of nudge before taking a step backwards! Big ups to the creator of this app, well done!

If you can extend the early rank levels would be good. Like only can move up rank every 2 weeks or more instead of 1 day. Other than that it’s a great app for seeing how long you can go without doing something.

You can see how long it was since you did something. It will save each time you reset the timer.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do and has a couple of interesting things about it that makes it perfect in my opinion. Great app for what its worth.
