This is my go to password app – thank you for the continued updates including Face ID for iPhone X!

Like all well-designed programs (think Google), this password protector is simple, easy to use and very organized. But yes, you do need to input the ID/password info whenever you register to a new program. But that's no sweat compared to what happens if you forget your IDs and passwords altogether! This app is especially prudent now for anyone who's goal-oriented since varied IDs and passwords counter the terrible possibility of identity theft. For the complaint about passwords 'disappearing' (really!) -- even tho I haven't had that experience, it's probably a good practice to store a hardcopy list of all these IDs/passwords in a lock box or file cabinet, just as we're all advised to make similar copies of the contents of our wallets too (driver's license, insurance cards, debit card, etc.- and both sides to boot). Being vigilant about this one very important part of recordkeeping is sure pay off in reduced stress and lack of mental chaos. Just bite the bullet; do it. After all, being ORGANIZED is a cornerstone for any ongoing success. the foundation for success. You won't regret this purchase (especially if you take the time to use it, and you will cause it's easy as pie).

I recently had the misfortoune of having a trojan virus pop up on my computer and after removing it I became paranoid that my internet accounts for email, social sites, etc. had been compromised since they're stored in my browser so I changed all the passwords. Trying to remeber so many different passwords became somewhat of a hassle so this app really fixed that problem for me, especially with the blank feature for when the wrong access pass is entered past a certain number of times.

had this app for a while and never had any problems but when my phone started freezing that's when I found out that this app does not back up to itunes and when I emailed support they stopped returning my emails. I lost everything and luckly I had it in several other locations. I also found out over the past few days that you can export the data to your compter, I even tried to import but I could never get it to work properly. I hate to get to know an app by having to fix problems.
