The order time under “ my restaurant” which gives me (the owner) the flexibility to control order time for delivery and collections is no longer available. Put that BACK ON the app JUST EAT! It’s a nightmare for business to ring up, usually at least 20-30 minutes wait or send a request usually approximately get a reply after 4 days just to change the order time. My shop is always busy over the weekend, and tea time is always the busy period, so I set different order time for different days. I would be very annoyed and disappointed if you are not putting this back on!!!!

This company is killing business owner.. the one thing that they care about are the costumer purchase and how to charge business owners more money. Partner center and the driver app I’m disgusted on how they work. I’m a chef but if I create an app definitely I’ll do it better that these. The most unfair thing that I ever saw in my life is the ranking!! IS JUST A RANDOM RANKING, so you have to purchase a top placement if you want a little bit more job because is useless work hard for reviews when almost around they review themselves !! Waiting for that day you shut the doors definitely.

Here are some tips on how to improve your Partnee Centre app. 1. Create a ‘back’ button - when viewing orders I would like to go back rather than input the date. 2. Create a system whereby I can let a customer know if I have left the shop and the food is on its way. (Yes it’s available instore on the partner centre machine, but not available on phone app. 3. Save time for delivery drivers to let them directly calling the customer without having to enter the pin. This can save a lot of time and ensure the customer gets their food quickly. 4. Be able to increase or decrease prices without having to submit a message on partner centre. 5. Be able to cancel orders without calling JustEat customer services as this often takes 10 minutes on the telephone just on hold until they answer. My tuppence worth!

This app is driving me crazy. Every time it crashes on my iPhone. You know what when you receive a review from your customer you won’t get any notification of the review you received. Moreover, you spend your time writing a reply to a particular feedback and you logging back your reply isn’t there.. JUST EAT You’re making billions from us, so for the sake of it show us some effort by making an app that actually does what it supposed to..

Crashed again!!! Deleted the app and installed it again and still same!!! In Partner Centre Button I just see the reports and not the day circumstances !!! Also to check any other order you need to go back and choose the day again and full process is apply!!! Why don’t make a good relabel app? Such as huge wealthy company has to work much more professional. Or just you use your profession to make more money and exploit the businesses? 🤔
