Kharkov '42 is the third paid release in the Touch PzC series. This release includes 15 historical and hypothetical scenarios based on the PC Panzer Campaigns game of the same name. The game covers the Russian 1942 offensive at Kharkov prior to the German summer offensive later that year on Stalingrad. The scenarios are split between those that allow you to be the Russian commander in the first part of the operation and those that allow you to be the German commander during the counterattack. In each case, the AI plays the part of the opposing commander.
