Been using it, fine overall! I was trying to activate my new card but it suddenly gets really jumpy and not able to do so. Just don’t understand why the bank transfer amount is at least 500 that’s quite ridiculous. But not big problem

I can add my physical card nor even activate it from this app! It also lock out my wallet everytime even I had input my correct PIN. I had called their customer service hundred times for the pass couple of months and even uninstall / re-install the app to no avail! They even send me 2 cards buy still cant add nor activate. The service and follow-up from the customer service is horrendous enough that until now that Im writing this review still not resolve the matter! Poor poor poor and useless! All it gave was frustration!!!!! Dunno why HKT came up with such useless thing!

I keep enter my ID card number and it always say it is wrong?????? How come I got the wrong ID Card number ?? I even tried my family’s number and it still didn’t work. What is the problem?? I tried call the customer service and they can’t give me the answer. They ask me to go to 1010 to find the answer. But the point is, what’s the reason that my id number didn’t work?????? I am HongKongese!!!!! What’s wrong with the company dude?!!

When I swipe at the bottom to confirm a remote transfer transaction, the app will prompt a password screen. Once I enter the password and click OK, the app should proceed to complete the transaction instead of asking me to repeat the same swipe again which is not intuitive.

It was working fine and suddenly one day they said their having problems settling my card???? What ? I can’t use my card online now... I need to use it and I still have money in it. If they don’t have problems like this I would have given it a five star.
