P4P Abify: Abs Workout

The title peaked my interest, the program changed my life. Although I'd spent decades putting other things in front of my health, always with a good enough excuse, I knew I needed to take it back. And 8 minutes was something I felt I could find to do it. In the beginning I could not complete 8 minutes. And it was a wake up call to how far i let myself go. I liked how they showed how to do the exercise, and also common mistakes made. Although it seems like they have dropped showing this. I'd like to see that brought back. The addition of the highlighted Red muscle groups, helps better understand where the intensity of the exercise should be felt. I have recommended this program to everyone who has seen the change in me and asked "what are you doing", and I wish you well in your quest to take back your body. It's your story, write it! Don't ask, Take It!

I’ve been using this and other P4P apps regularly for over a year. They are FANTASTIC, and I was delighted to pay $10-$15 for lifetime access to each of them. I was talking them up to all my friends and family, and just at the time I went to install a few of them on my wife’s iPhone (she’d seen me doing some of the workouts and wanted to start on them too) I found that the company had eliminated the lifetime purchase option for selected apps in favor of a monthly subscription to all the apps that costs over $150 a year, which we can’t afford (you can get gym memberships for less). Although I understand the power of a subscription sales model from a revenue perspective, I question the wisdom of P4P’s move in this direction (despite Apple’s encouragement to its developers to go this route) because from a consumer perspective - in my view -the value is not there, and I truly hope it doesn’t backfire on them. Also I’m saddened by the move because it will limit the number of people who can benefit from P4P’s outstanding work. I remain hopeful that P4P will reinstate some type of lifetime purchase option.

I bought the 6 month plan. It’s great, has great workout plans that you enroll in depending on time which I’m limited on, it can also add workout times to your calendar automatically when enrolling to remind you. Only problem I have is I have to download a different app to focus on different parts of the body, wish there was one p4p work out app that I coul subscribe to that could give me the options on plans I want to focus on depending on my body and it would be awesome if they had some yoga plans in there as well. The videos are pretty simple and self explanatory and the platform is simple to use for the most part. But would love to have to subscribe to one p4p app with more workout varieties and yoga rather than having to download 4 different ones and subscribe to each. It’s too costly and inconvenient.

I’ve been doing this every day for the pass year, and I definitely see a difference! I couldn’t even do the beginner ads! Now I could do all of the intense without getting tried! I love this app, but the only thing is, I wish they added something to use for the Apple Watch. Yeah, this app is amazing even if they never put one for the watch, but it would be soooo much better if they did. But other than that, I still love this app!!!

I Love the App, I purchased it and I get the current and any new workouts added without any additional cost (Awesome). They have so many AB workouts you can do a different one everyday of the week. I ABS 4 summer workout and the Chests and Abs workout Too. This APP would be better if it showed the calories burned and it synced with my fitness Pal so you could keep track of your calories, workouts vs what you eat. That would be truly Awesome.
