There is certainly some problem in your problem. Whenever I order something through your app, it goes in the cart but when i check out the order gets doubled up all by itself by adding tge previous order in tge current order. Last time my order was doubled this way

I usually enjoy ordering from OPTP but their app is hopeless now. They send you a confirmation message and make you wait for the order that will never come. Example, order 234160 dated 13/09 from Lahore. Moreover, they say order never placed. The call centre says they will register a complaint yet will not provide a complaint number. Typical Pakistani company....

I am sharing my personal experience of using this app. I have been ordering OPTP through FoodPanda for a long time but recently a few months back I downloaded this OPTP application. It has happened several times now that whenever I order my meal using optp app, I keep waiting for an hour (60 mins) and then I finally decide to call their Call Center 051111116787 because the allocated time is 45 mins shown on the app counter. When I call their call center, they ask me for the ORDER Number. When I give them my order number, believe it or not but they tell me that there is no such order against this order number. I wanted to take a screenshot of the message I received containing the order number but there is no way to show it to them on a phone call. Then I somehow managed to find F-11 Markaz Islamabad OPTP number and you know what they said, they said there is no such order. This has happened twice now. Eventually I had to an order through FOODPANDA app which always works. I am not a Foodpanda marketeer, but I’m wasted my time on writing this review to caution all those of you who are thinking of downloading & using the official OPTP application. If you want confusion, delays & disappointment they GO FOR THIS OPTP APP.
