Have been using / trying to use the app for years. Fails to operate way too often - usually because the ads fail to load (which by default then disables the whole search function until the ads load). The ironic part is that the website is generally fine. Once the competitors scale up there would be no point in using this app anymore. Feel free to use if you want to stare at a loading icon indefinitely every couple weeks.

When I tried to use the share function, I can't do this in WhatsApp! I don't know why, it shows as a null message. However I can share it in other messaging apps. Also, I think the screen after tapping share will show to next screen and require to tap share again is annoying. It requires to tap share for two times. Hope the next version would simplify this step

The reviews on this app is inaccurate and fake. They routinely only accept positive reviews. I guess its because their advertisers are restaurants. I tried submitting several bad restaurants experiences and are always rejected for the most absurd reason. Yet, in the accepted reviews you will see too short reviews that barely describe anything about real about the food or the experience apart from saying how AMAZING everything is.

After updated to the latest version of the app, it fails to load every single time. I’ve been using OpenRice for a long time, it’s very handy indeed. Hopefully the support team could fix the problem as soon as possible. Very much appreciate it!
