I admit i was expecting Ooredoo (the company i trusted so many years since Hala was almost the first in Qatar to operate), to give a push during our forced stay at Home and encourage people during such crisis by giving out free Unlimited 4G to all. Or less... Beneficiaries: working people from home (like me), people who need to contact more their older ones (me too), people who missed their vacation (oops me too), young stuck at home and that will use more data to play with their friends and avoid being tempted to go out.... Well while all the world gave bonuses, Ooredoo could at least do something to make the difference. I personally didn’t receive any offer as if nothing happened to the whole world. I was expecting within the first week an announcement or offer/bonus from you. Nothing. But a message saying i was low in credits and that i had to recharge. We still have time though:-) PS: if i wrote this it’s because you became less generous with the gift boxes. They are not real gifts but they rather are offers that make u pay and get involved into deals for one day or week. Rarely free minutes... Unlike before. I also wrote this because other operators even in countries where economically it’s a total collapse, gave free internet and more volume to their customers.

i don’t know where can i write a review for Ooredoo. this service is never been helpful. you will be suddenly cut your internet and it will take a decades for them to fix. they won’t even bother how long they will take an action for your inquiry. their plan is a no no. they will not even allow you for a recharge if you have plan already on your number. my plan for call which is not enough for me for a month and i asked them if it’s possible to pay my bill then i can have the service back. they said no! so i have to wait for 2 weeks! for business, if there’s a construction works around your place your landlines, internet and signal will be cut. they will not even bother to let their costumers know what the heck is happening! and if you will call their call center service?? their staffs are not reliable and not well train!! i asked for mobile money inquiry and they told me that call back tomorrow morning after 7pm. i was like?? really?!! are you guys on high?? and if you will not recharge for maybe a week? they will cut your netwokr and they can’t call you! unlike other networks that will give you 3mos not to recharge your load. but still you can use their service! seriously??!!! i will not recommend this network! i don’t see any good deal with this network 🙄. i don’t even know if you deserve 1 star. lol

This app can definitely get better. It has improved over time. The app does not accurately depict the remaining calll minutes and data accurately. The calling minutes and data usage counter does not update immediately. It takes a few hours and sometimes days to update What I love about this app is that it's a one stop shop for all my ooredoo related services. Cannot get more user friendly than that.

Simply one of the best app in Qatar. I feel there is one important feature missing; which is transferring credit from hala card through it. Also it will be great if you add face id option for the payment.
