Oneflare for Business

The system works ok but very hard to get established, how will people choose you if you have no reviews, and how do you get reviews without clients. There needs to be a 2 tiered system where every potential provider pays a fee, but the client who wins the tender pays an additional fee depending on the complexity of the job. That way the credit system works better. And the amount we all pay can be lowered.

I think the whole concept of Oneflare is great and when it works it’s worked for me it’s fantastic. The big issues I have is with the inflexibility and lack of good quality support when it comes to unresponsive customers and the different rules they make it virtually impossible to get your money/credit back. Every time I call to get help with such issues I wind up extremely frustrated (more than I have ever been before) with all the different reason why I can’t get a refund - It shouldn’t be that hard. Further, lately I have been paying $49 a month, so I can additional refund options. The sad thing is that there have not been that many good jobs to bid on, so I’m out of pocket as the credits only last a month. If they lasted 3 that would be fairer. I hope someone at Oneflare is listening, failing your customers. Honestly sometimes I have felt like your support people are specifically trained to give people the run around - I just feel ripped off!

Hi , just wanna say that oneflare has been great in being a quality company in providing constant relatable leads , although customers generally only look for the base price and what and who can offer the service at the CHEAPEST PRICE .. not ONEFLARE’s FAULT .. but tracing the source of this lowest common denominator factor : points to the creation of PRIVATISATION ( and outsourcing ) by ENGLAND and the WESTERN CORPORATE SECTORS, over 35 years ago .. now we as competitors in this MARKET of “OUTSOURCING “) are experiencing the “FRUIT” of this plague called “ PRIVATISATION “ and the worst of it all is that NO ONE DARES to call “it OUT”.. for fear of reprisals.. So , all in all ONEFLARE.. is still doing me a great SERVICE , of giving my company WORK .. because as the MAXIM goes.. SOMETHING is better than NOTHING ..!:-)

Most customers who use this platform are looking for the cheapest price and want it done for nothing. Probably because my trade is advertised by Oneflare as starting from $35 an hour this is not the case for us. Also have arranged times to quote jobs and clients haven’t been home and have not even bothered to message. Also find a lot of customers are annoyed that they are receiving so many calls. Oneflare needs to give homeowners more info and let them know we are spending money just to contact them.

In the short time I’ve been using OneFlare it has impressed me with how easy it has made it to be connected with people who need my services. Starting out a family business has been a great deal easier with Oneflare. Unfortunately there will always be tyre kickers no matter how you establish a client base but I’ve loved finding new clients using this format.
