An excellent personal service, where other delivery options don’t care how long you wait or if something goes wrong one delivery do care. They call to update you and close the app when it’s busy so you aren’t ordering on fake delivery times. It’s definitely the best company in my area

They advertise the Big Tasty at McDonalds so we order. The order gets accepted by a driver. After 1 hour of no delivery, I contact them, to be told that that burger isn’t on, so “unfortunately we’re going to have to bring you something else, but don’t worry, we won’t charge you extra” - I should think not! I was then advised that “no McDonalds in the country is serving the Big Tasty.” Upon pointing out that this was neither McDonalds nor my fault - the brainless person seemed to miss the point entirely and took no responsibility for this being their error and simply kept repeating that nobody is serving it - the fact that their website is the one offering it seemed to go right over his head. When I advised we’d already waited an hour, he said “well now I have to take your first answer which declined our offer for another option” WOW. Absolutely useless. Total amateurs at their only function as a company. One delivery? Try Zero Delivery. 💩

Worst delivery company going! Mark up on food is ridiculous sometimes up to 150% on small items! Would cost me £20 for one salad at subway! Delivery prices up to £10 and then have the cheek to add an additional service cost! What service! took 3 hours to deliver nandos to me which is about 20/25 min walk from mine! Only reason I didn’t go myself is because I have a broken leg but probably would of been quicker! Tracker stated already delivered rang the driver who said it would be another 15 mins! 1 hour and 23 mins later it arrives!! Will never ever use this company again! Scammers who don’t know how to run a business!!

1. Pizza and pasta should be 2 separate categories! I click on a pizza/pasta restaurant hoping for a pasta dish and I’m always left disheartened 2. ACTUALLY HAVE RESTAURANTS READ THE NOTES! No lettuce or mayo isn’t a tricky request, it’s there in the notes and they failed to relay the details 3. Fix the delivery for the app: I place an order at 18:17, nothing, at 19:25 it says the order was delivered at 19:10 (I had not received the food yet). At no point did it update to say it was out for delivery and it eventually arrived at 19:30, incorrect (see point 2) Once I have sent this review, I shall be uninstalling the app and telling everybody I encounter to avoid One Delivery

So I download this app and I place an order expecting to be prompted for card details at checkout. No prompt ever comes but my order is placed and ready to be delivered. I call the phone number listed for a franchise manager and got a giff gaff voicemail. I then called again and spoke to someone who sounded very irritated and tired. I explained I wanted to place an order and pay by card. He informed me his card payment system was down this weekend and he could cancel the order or wait while I go to a cashpoint (not sure why I’d be doing delivery if I wanted to go out). Terrible experience overall
