On the Beach Holiday App

Fantastic - used for the first time to holiday in May & went as smoothly as a travel agent booking! The review above regarding the availability of your chosen holiday - this is stated in the small print that it’s how they work, you book it, they then contact you if your chosen holiday is not available - it’s the chance you take I guess for such a simple service & the ease of being able to pay up until 2 weeks prior to your hols Overall great service, easy app too & would use again & again

It’s Very easy to use the app on the iPad where you can change certain items during the process or just before you pay & are always kept well informed iphone is a bit small but it still does the job. Onthebeach are a great company who source you the best deals & I have used them 4 times to book 10 day or 14 day summer holidays and we never had a problem so far.. booked another one for sept 🏖hope I haven’t jinxed it now lol

The On the beach app is very efficient and easy to function. I downloaded the app when searching for a holiday for my family of four and within a few searches I found the perfect holiday and booked it - I love that you can manage your booking via the app too which makes amendments to your booking easier than ever. I would recommend any customers of On the beach or those in search of a holiday to download the app.

Booked an holiday with On the beach including hotels and flights. Got an email that my return flight has been brought forward by 8 hours to about 6am in the morning. As such my 4 day holiday has just been cut short by 24 hours as I will have to leave my hotel 3am in the morning to get to the airport 2 hours before the flight. I was told to call Ryan Air directly by the extremely rude customer service person I spoke to - which I did only for Ryan air to tell me that the booking wasn’t made on the debit card I bought my holiday with that I should go back and speak to On the beach to resolve this issue. This is absolutely incompetence and I will not be using On the beach ever again!!!

Love the app, only problem is I am having a problem when trying to add a transfer. Almost every time I try and add one, there are none available. If I pin the holiday and restart the app the transfer will appear. If I Then look at another holiday the issue occurs again and I have to restart the app to resolve it each time. I have tried on different networks to see it it was a connection speed issue but the problem persists.
