1. I have had problems with the log in screen more often lately - I have my fingerprint set up, and I have my user name and password. In the beginning, it all worked great but the past few weeks, there have been several days I get a text notification and the log in doesn’t work, I get locked out, and this goes on sometimes for days at a time. 2. I moved through the worlds on the weight loss part of the app. It says 100% complete, yet even though it says to move forward, the next world(s) are locked and I have reviewed everything I was supposed to do multiple times and can’t figure out what I missing to move forward. 3. If there is something that prevents advancing through the app, there should be a hint screen or some type of chart to see what can be done. I have literally just been doing check ins for 2 weeks because I can’t advance. 4. I was initially very happy with the concept of this since I have struggled with a 10 pound weight gain prednisone induced- I can’t lose it- I go up and down by 2 or 3 pounds but I have tried everything - this isn’t an eating problem as much as a medication problem so maybe there could be helpful hints for someone with this type of problem. I think the concept is good but found a few issues: 1. No easy way to see how many times I have already checked in for the day. 2. Sometimes when I do a checkin it tells me to retake an assessment but I have not figured out how to do that! And I looked all over the app. 3. Sometimes the app icon will show a badge indicating a notification of something. But when I open the app there is no info of what I need to do. Am I to do a checkin a weighin or something else. 4. It would be nice to have a status page with what I have completed, how many checkins I have done that day. When is my next weighin date. 5. The content is good. It would be nice to have a summary page for each section and each world to make it easy to go back and review.

As a tech savvy mom of 3, I think I expected too much out of an app. I figured this app would be able to track calories, give real feedback for recipes, suggest exercise, etc. Instead, I got a virtual trainer (major eyeroll, so unrealistic) and told to download a different app to track calories. Moving through the modules felt childish. If you have no idea how weight gain happens, what a calorie is, or how to avoid pitfalls during weight loss- it may not be childish. Having to check-in 4 times a day, with the same question being asked of you? Pointless. But, if you are looking for an all in one app that will help you track calories, suggest recipes/exercise this isn’t the app for you. Sorry, UPMC. I expected better.

I want to like this app because of the ease, success I’ve already had, and the fact that I love my UPMC insurance, but as many have already posted the login system is problematic. I saved my username/password and have fingerprint/face recognition setup. Sadly this app does not yet recognize these login measures. It lags and stalls, making the experience longer than it needs to be, especially when checking in.

I really appreciate the effects this app has had on my daily life. I like the check-ins, now that they've been fixed, and the deep breathing tool really works. I just wish I didn't have to sign in every time. It makes me skip some check ins because I don't want to bother. Is there a way for the app to remember me?
