Using the app I faced 2 main problems: - The QR code, why is it small? There is no information for the user that you need to tap it to enhance. And the reading machine, where to place the phone? Is it close to the laser or in the base? - Not all the busses has the reading machine, so the user has to show to the drivers. Have you tested this experience before? All the info related to the ticket are tiny, the driver can't see when the user is holding the phone to show them the valid ticket. Benchmark: - Use colors to differentiate a valid ticket(green/blue) to an expired one(red). - Design a clear UI for the text information. - Ask the bus drivers what they think about the app and what can be improved when checking tickets (when the machines doesn't work).

Nyt voisi projektipäälliköt yms ottaa vähän vastuuta tästä katastrofista. Reittiopas ja kartat on täysin kuraa. Eikö tätä ole lainkaan testattu? Myös naurettavaa että sovelluksella lippu maksaa enemmän kuin matkakortilla - halutaanko että ihmiset siirtyy pois korteista vai ei?

Kyllä on paljon käytettävyydessä parannettavaa: - ohjelma kysyy joka kerta ”saako sijaintia käyttää” - kartalla liikkuminen ja zoomaaminen buginen ja välillä ei toimi ollenkaan - yleinen hitaus - suosikit toimii miten sattuu, jos toimii Sekä HSL että Tampereen joukkoliikennettä käyttävänä täytyy totdeta, että HSL vaan toimii paremmin ja olisi toivottavaa, että Tampereellakin saataisiin toimimaan.
