App ok overall but as others have said would be useful to know position on wait list after joining, also a confirm button to cancel a class would be extremely useful, as have accidentally cancelled a class when I didn’t want to just due to the way I’ve held my phone! Tried to retrieve but could only get on waitlist, not an issue if class unpopular but for those that get booked up fast this is a major issue as no option to confirm/unconfirmed cancellation once accidentally pressed. Now ended up on wait list and probably no class due to its popularity.....

I was surprised by the number of negative reviews. Likely due to people’s details being out of date perhaps? I’ve used this app for about 4 months and think it works really well. It’s simple to use, I can book in to any club as I travel around the UK and can cancel 30 minutes before the class. Works well and I don’t really understand what all the fuss is about....! Perhaps app developers need to consider requesting reviews from the many people who are logged in and using daily without any hitches!

This is the bare bones of an app. You can book sure but when waitlisted you have no idea what position you are in. The calendar integration does not seem to work. You cannot see anything but a day view of classes. There is no indication of what to do as a beginner or what level the class is. Really this organisation ought to be able to do a lot better than this and we should be seeing constant improvements. It’s seems from reviews that not much priority is placed on the app. The Virgin one is far superior.

Given the litany of other problems people are wailing about, I guess this is not a huge issue for most. However the vaunted calendar integration simply doesn’t work on my iPhone. I have enabled it in the app and made sure there is permission in the settings app. New classes are not added to your calendar when you book. Why is there no bug reporting menu option within the app? Does seem like Nuffieldnot putting sufficient resources into this as they ought to.

How come the IT dept can’t fix the many problems with this cr’app’? I have experienced all the things the other reviewers have complained about but also find it incomprehensible that when I’m abroad the gym classes come up as a day out!! That’s ridiculous and was reported over a year ago... nada. Also when trying to book a very popular class 8 days in advance (setting alarm and waiting til 7.0 exactly) the page freezes - because everyone is doing the same therefore not able to get on to the class and if I’m lucky I’m put on the waiting list! So annoying. I’ve resorted to booking via the website as by 5 mins past the class is full. We do pay a lot of money for membership and honestly I would expect much better. They aren’t hard problems to solve but extremely frustrating for us end users. Come on get your act together. I was forced to give you a star otherwise I couldn’t leave a review.
