I was looking for an app to help me to take notes on my autistic son’s new self injurious behaviors, with a time stamped feature. This app helped me be able to take detailed notes on his actions before, during and after an episode much like a functional behavior analysis form would do. Then I was able to go back and see a pattern of behavior and I was able to deduct that his self injurious behavior was based on pain. I have recently got him on migraine meds that ate helping. Thank you for this app. It would be even better if I could print out the notes I have taken!

This is great, a must have for those who must have the best, and have need for easy way to collect you must do, have and get done list. Excellent, easy to use and ---dictation --- this is huge time saver. You will use it all the time. I do. Tell friends and send to your entire contact list.
