A lot of companies have tried different methods of making the sneaker release accessible and fair. This app is by a country mile the best method. Very user friendly and simple to use. Links straight to your bike account. What more could you want. The only issue I know of is people using hacks to create multi accounts. I think maybe limited account numbers to addresses and banks details would be the a better method rather than phone numbers and emails accounts with can be multiplied very easily. Still, overall an amazing app, well done 💪🏻

I have had this app coming up on 1.5years now virtual from the day it came out and every single time that there is a drop or raffle you can be absolutely certain that you will not be getting anything. An absolute joke! Within 10seconds after a Drop everything is sold out because of resellers and their bots leaving actual customers and fans of the brand with nothing. You can be certain that if you want a pair that you are going to be paying 3x to price. It’s a Joke that Nike have created such a market that this happens. As a die hard fan of Nike and their shoes it is heartbreaking to see such a well respected brand only care about moving product, no matter if it means the same person gets 4 pairs of the same shoes, rather than putting sneakers in the hands of customers that will actually enjoy and wear the sneaker. It is becoming increasingly difficult to justify spending the ever growing price tag, when I know that I’ll be treated like crap. So Nike, either please sort out your bot detection system and put some kind of solution in place. Or create an algorithm from draws that is truly random and means the same people aren’t winning shoes every draw. Thank you! Feel free to contact me further.

I’ve been using his app for a long time now and almost every time there is a release you can be sure you won’t get it! It’s a complete fake. You sit there time after time at exactly 7:55 waiting for the chance to buy shoes you actually would wear and you’ll never get them! These people who use ‘bots’ just buy up all the stock before you can even press ‘purchase’ and your left with nothing but an advert on eBay within 5 minutes of being sold out on the app at 3 times the price! It’s a joke that Nike have managed to create. THey aren’t really interested if an actual customer wants to purchase hem. They are only interested in money and sales. It’s a complete bloody joke and totally disgusting the way Nike treats actual customers instead of stupid resellers.

Before they added the raffle way to buy the shoes on Nike sneakrs, I was being able to buy most of the shoes I wanted, or if not, I still felt the excitement of being in line on the app. Now anyone just clicks enter raffle, then receives a notification half an hour later to say if they’ve copped or not. It’s boring, not fun, and I’ve never been able to get a pair of shoes this way. Why do you have to wait half an hour just so people who wouldn’t be bothered to wake up at the right time and buy the shoes normally can get them over people who really wanted them? Please change back

I have had this app for over a year now. Every release that you desire is the same. You never get the shoes you want. All you do is sit in queues with you one entry hoping you get lucky but in reality you have no chance. All that happens you get L’s whilst people who pay £300 for the bot software cop the shoes and your left with the option of paying the resale price if you really want them. I know over 50 people who use this app and all of them are the same. Never once copped anything they wanted. I also know one person who uses a bot, this man managed to cop 5 pairs of the Travis Scott Jordan 1 and nobody else I know who uses the app fairly got one pair. If you get the app get ready to be really disappointed for being a fair good customer.
