Nighthawk for Twitter

Hi Tim, We're always trying to improve the user experience while dancing around Twitter's limits on what we as developers can and cannot do with their service. We've heard a lot of feedback around the Close Friends picker, we're working on an update that'll make the flow easier to follow. Hi Matt, We're sorry to hear Nighthawk didn't meet your expectations. We've attempted to be as clear as possible in our promotional materials and App Store descriptions about what we are, but sometimes that just gets lost in translation, and we apologize. We don't mean for Nighthawk to replace any existing Twitter apps you may use — whether from Twitter itself or a third party. Instead, we're hoping that Nighthawk can fill in the gap for people who are dissatisfied with what they can get out of social media right now. Nighthawk is an evolving product. Work began about six months ago, and we've only focused in on two experiences so far, but they're two experiences we want to do better than anyone else, and we think they're important enough that they deserve a role in at least some people's lives. As two young people, we unfortunately can't afford to continue building more unless we charge a little for the work we do. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we would absolutely urge you to seek a refund through Apple's systems to do so — we don't want you to pay for an experience you don't think is right for you. I'm really sorry to hear Nighthawk didn't meet your expectations. A lot of these problems are fixed in 2019.0.1, which was a day-one update, but it sadly did not find its way to everyone in time to be the launch version you may have downloaded. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, please don't feel like you wasted the money. We would absolutely urge you to seek a refund through Apple's systems to do so — we don't want you to pay for an experience you don't think is right. Hi there, Have you tried the "Nukehawk" option in settings and closing the app from the switcher? That ought to do it. We're always working to polish and add to Nighthawk, so we appreciate your support and patience while we make this app better for everyone. Best, Sam Team Nighthawk
