While the team info and schedule are pretty much on the mark, I had major trouble getting my ticket downloaded to my Apple Wallet, and encountered problems transferring my other ticket to my brother’s phone. He never got his ticket even though I sent him an e-mail as well as via the phone. I was only able to get into last night’s playoff game because there was a display ticket tag. And it was fortunate I had ordered extra tickets by accident since my original ticket was removed from my phone when I transferred it to my brother. If not for that, he never would have able to get into the stadium. Please update this app so we don’t have these problems again!

In theory, this app should make it much easier to exchange / add tickets to my account. In reality, it’s been nothing more than a headache. My attempts in finding seats in any section near mine has been futile and a huge waste of time refreshing. I didn’t purchase season tickets to have to move to the opposite side of the field whenever I want to trade in tickets and bring someone to a different game. Please update app to fix this “bug”.

App is buggy when viewing tickets. Kicks you out to main login even though you’ve asked it to remember your password. Add to Apple wallet option doesn’t even work. It takes me multiple taps just to get to my tickets, if you’re lucky. In addition you can’t even swipe left when you have multiple tickets because the app won’t let you. This app is utter garbage. At least the team is good.

App logs you out when you are trying to access tickets and just says opps there was an error. Add to wallet doesn’t work. Absolute garbage.

total garbage. good luck viewing your tickets in the app. most of the time the account won’t load and the add to wallet option doesn’t work.
