The new Crédit Agricole Bank Romania m-conect application is specially designed for you, the one who is always connected. The access in the application is simple, based on the user and registration code at the first authentication, following that, after setting the PIN, to connect with the user and PIN. We have added in the mobile banking application the mobile token function with which you can log in to internet banking, either by scanning QR Code or by generating authentication code. Also, if you have proxy access to multiple accounts in addition to those you own, you can use the same user and the same PIN for all of them. For legal entities we have implemented a flexible scheme of rights, signatures and operating limits so that we meet any requirement from you. The application is available 24/7 for access and operations. The application contains the menu in three languages: Romanian, English and French. We present below the benefits of the application: - Quick access to products and operations from the Home page that includes information about your products: payment accounts, savings accounts, deposits, cards, loans and shortcuts to access: exchange rate, payments, owned products and new products to which you can apply, inbox, contact details. - Information about all your accounts: balance, transactions, filters so you can search more easily, statements. - Personalized account experience: you can choose the name you want for each of your accounts, just as you can attach an image to each of your accounts and set the main account that will be displayed first. - Payments: transfer between your accounts in the same currency, payments in lei and foreign currency, recurring payments, utility payments, templates, beneficiaries. - Transfers: to be able to track the status of your payments and sign unauthorized payments. - You can schedule payments with the execution date in the future (maximum 32 days). - Currency exchange, exchange rate - Management of your cards: blocking, unlocking, activation for online transactions, transaction history - Loans - information about your credit: rate, total credit remaining to be paid. - Products - here you can request the opening of new products: payment account, savings account, deposit - Contacts - our contact details so that you always have them at hand to contact us - ATM / Branch - list of partner ATMs and Crédit Agricole branches so that you can always find the nearest location with the help of geolocation - Help - the frequently asked questions section with which we come to your aid when you need to find information. - Inbox - message box where you can receive messages from us or you can write and attach documents. - Settings: select the language, deactivate the user on the device, view your data, notification management.
