I have been using this app for a while. I have gotten a few good jobs BUT have also spent over $1500 on leads that never contacted me back and/or never responded to my initial contact. I have had several leads that come over that are for remodels and then turn out to be small flooring jobs or vanity install - not what I signed up for. Would recommend for smaller contractors looking for small jobs or unscreened clients who want bids for projects they might or might not do. Have spent a lot of time and money using this service in the past and it was amazing - not as well put together these days. Called to talk to a rep about some refunds and was directed to keep trying the client and if no contact in a week or more, put in a refund request - I had already been trying to reach this person for two weeks. I don’t have time to chase people down - I don’t know many good contractors that do..... Good luck....

As you can see all the good reviews come from “small” business owners, handyman etc. nothing wrong with that, but for us Construction company, it doesn’t work, specially because we got missleaded and miss guided to a service that does not work for us!! Leads have no description, they are 99% Repairs, or fake numbers or people don’t want the service, and when you try to report the leads for credit they will never credit them back to you!!! When you opened the account they persuade you to start off with thousands of dollars as deposit to tell you later one THIS IS NOT REFUNDABLE even if you don’t use it at all! LIKE US, they sent 7 leads, 2 of them I spoke to customers and the job type wasn’t what we signed up for, I reported them and they never credited the leads, the rest of 5 leads were sent WHEN I PAUSED THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE I WAS in Jewish holidays and I didn’t use the service or neither contact any of those leads!!! This happened in 5 days and they don’t want to credit non of my money back, SUMMARY: I paid a deposit for 7 leads I never even scheduled with never met or spoke to! Service I did not receive and they stole the money. HORRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS

After dealing with unprofessional support team from Networx as a pro you pay them for your leads. And expect to get quality leads like they say they offer. On five occasions I’ve had to call the support line regarding leads. For example I received one lead and the phone number was disconnected I tried calling three times even emailing the client and nothing. I called to report that lead to get a credit back to my account this lead keep in mind is Costly. The support team member said they verified the number and it worked and said unfortunately that is beyond their control. I told the guy on the phone that I would call with the office phone and put it on speaker so he could hear for himself and his words oh that’s odd... I’ll get that credited back. 10 days later no credit and on that lead says that due to unforeseen circumstances this lead can not be credited. This company is a scam they don’t have actual leads you pay per lead and expect that they are actually following up with customers. The support team is a JOKE their rude, unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable.

The team are super nice, refund process is long but easy. This is good to close any opening in my schedule. The only problem I have is most people who use this site need very small jobs, sometimes it doesn’t even cover expenses Suggestion to Networx people to lower their cost to do more business between contractors and people, because lead cost is addition to final cost, so people use different sources for pros for cheaper prices

It took me some time to get used to the app. Which unfortunately cost me a couple hundred dollars. But it also help me land some jobs. Where I’m making a couple thousand. Don’t forget it’s all about how quickly you close on the lead and how friendly you are with the customer to get inside for the estimate. Unfortunately craftsmanship won’t get you the job. But it will help you get more work. Worth a try in my opinion.
