Needham Bank Mobile Banking

Every so often the app seems to timeout from a verify check image call to the server. I restart the app to try again, and usually can move forward. It’s been there for a long time, though recently it seems to be getting less frequent of an occurrence. Overall nice!

I have been a customer for over 30 years. I have yet to have a problem. The service Is always great, friendly and helpful. Whether it is to deposit a check or work with customer service. I can not say enough about this bank. Thank you.

Great bank; very friendly when you go in, the app is easy to use. No complaints on my end, which is a rare thing when it comes to dealing with a bank.

I love that I can sign in with my fingerprint on my phone. That is great. My big issue is that I can’t make any notes on my deposits or see old checks. I wish there were a way to pull up copies of checks I have written or deposited in case I need to check something or at least make a note as to why there is a specific withdrawal or deposit.
