Go back 10 years and it was a great app. Now it is not intuitive and the Live updates are completely backwards. You would expect better from someone with a big budget, but clearly not testing let alone any useability testing! 2 out of 5 is being generous really.

Generally happy with the app, except for the Live Services panel - the to & from stations are still, and have always been, the wrong way round - you need to put the destination station in the “From” box and the departure station in the “To” box! Kinda ok when you get used to it, but clearly wasn’t properly bug-tested before release.

The information about individual journeys could show progress over the whole journey, not just from the boarding point. Then I can see when other people should board at earlier stations to arrange meetings on the train. Useful to see when trains are delayed, especially during bad weather. I haven't tried booking tickets yet. Put off by others ' reviews.

Please fix the alerts section of the app, after setting up delay and disruption alerts an error message eventually appears and the alerts delete themselves automatically

I used to like this app, but it has recently started playing video adverts unmuted. I’m now reluctant to use it in a public place or at work because annoying music comes out and I have to jab at the screen to mute it. I understand the need for ads, but surely if they are going to do this, there ought to be an option to turn off the sound.
