Where on earth have you gone with this update? Asked to log back in. Fails, even though the credentials are correct. Enter my Nandos card upon getting around the previous point (once in). Why ask for my Nandos card? Logged online and worked fine but only on Safari. Chrome fails. Nandos card format entry is failing in-app. It’s like you’ve done all you can to make it an impossible challenge for existing users. No point in having the app if it’s like this. Utter crap. My son can build an app which can use auth 0 successfully. Don’t download or update your existing apps. It’ll make you feel upset and extremely frustrated - I’m sure some people will resort to calling emergency services (sic).

1). I don’t find the reward system very rewarding. But mainly, it is not very clear within the app. 2). For me the whole point of downloading the app and spending the time registering and adding the loyalty card number is so that I can use the card in Apple Wallet - there is no facility for this which means I probably will never carry the actual reward card around with me, and so therefore won’t collect any rewards. 3.) I can read the menu in the app which is good. If that’s the only thing I can do, then in reality I will probably just check the menu on the website or read the menu when I’m actually in the restaurant. I ended up deleting the app because it was taking up 43Mb of space which I could otherwise put to better use. It’s a shame, I had hoped for better from Nandos.

The old app was great - what has happened to it? It took me ages to get logged back in even though I knew my email/password combination (I have a password manager). It just wouldn’t accept them. After resetting the password, I managed to log in. It’s a very dark redesign. It also feels very much like a website rather than an app. And where is the order pad? That was one of the most useful features!

Why do companies insist on listening to app developers who want more money.... This is one of the worst re-works I’ve ever seen! iPhone X support has gone, it’s clunky, its lost rewards, the pages don’t lay out correctly... the list goes on. And why oh why do these reworks sign you out?!?! Guess what we don’t all sit around ensuring we know which password we used for Nando’s on a daily basis. That’s why faceID was developed.

If it ain’t broke don’t touch it eh’ literally couldn’t have made this app any worse. The old app was fine order chicken show digital card. Done. Now it’s like some hacked web experience that’s not optimised to new devices with awkwardly small scroll views and hidden status bar 🤷‍♀️ Oh and thanks for loggin me out and now requesting I register my card 🙄.
