Naked Wines

Nice increase to functionality on the app, including bottle scanning and a personal flavor profile. I would love to be able to make “personal notes” that didn’t go to the public/winemaker. Noting that something goes well with my famous lasagna or that my husband doesn’t like it but my brother does, is useful for me to remember but not relevant to others. Thanks for continually adding to the experience!

I am impressed with the app with one fatal flaw... the occasional login confirmation. Security is important but it should not impede the customer experience. This app has a concept off getting you to confirm your password. The problem is that it won’t pick this up from your stored passwords in the phone. Better to log you out and expect you to login again (I had to do this). I use a password manager so my passwords are totally random, no chance I’ll remember them.

I love these wines. So beautiful and much better than the crap you get in the supermarket. I’m not even a wine snob (although my friends say I’m learning ha ha) but I’ve been able to taste fruits for the first time in my life through these wines. Plus I get to save up monthly to put towards my basket when I order. Love it. Try it. You’ll like it.

This app (current & previous version) does not work at all and only displays a spurious ‘network error’. Why? possibly becuase I’m currently temporarily out of the UK (in Turkey). That failure should not happen if you are a logged in members with a UK account and have a UK address. No other UK retail company’s app has the same problem. Dissapointing. BTW it has nothing to do with latest versions, whether the app or the iOS, as no combination has worked.

If you seek wines to offer your friends, family or others, and want to move away from run of the mill supermarket, (we’ve all seen this before wines) then shop around here. I’ve been searching at under £8 (what a Scrooge) but you can pull in some great wines for that price and lower, try it!
