No need to talk to anyone. You can then adjust the details of your vehicle cover instantly e.g change your excess, add car hire or even change your level of cover, no hassle. The app also includes our CoverPause™ feature that allows you to pause your accident cover with one tap when you don't need it – which saves you money - and to switch it back on when you’re back on the road. After your cover has started, we need to see the state of the car to establish damage which existed before the cover started. The app allows you to do this yourself, so no need to go to a drive-in centre any more. The process is really as easy as taking a selfie, only you do not have to be in it. Our chat bot Rose will guide you through the process of using the app to take a video and some pictures of your vehicle and then submitting the info to us. Just in case you forget, the app will also remind you of the selfie timeline and let you know if it is overdue, making sure you remain covered. If something bad happened you can claim on the app – with our AI some claims are even approved instantly! And if you’re stuck at the side of the road or need a tow, simply click on the emergency assist icon and we will connect you directly to the Naked Assist line, that will sort you out in no time.
