My app worked fine for a couple of weeks on my iPhone 6S and I appreciated the ease of checking my schedule without having to log in. Then things went haywire. Not sure what, if anything, factored into it, but I could not log back into the app after deleting and re-opening it (in an attempt to fix problems). An annoying partial keyboard kept popping up, blocking my ability to log back in. It was not a phone issue; it wasn’t happening in other applications. After 48 hours, I was able to log back into the app. The issue somehow resolved; thank you.

It’s impossible to shift swap with another person it only shows who’s working that day not who’s off!!! If a funeral comes up or a surgery , or get sick!! suddenly we have to ask around to swap then , Even if we had asked off for spouses surgery !!! we have to find A CSM to approve that’s not to busy to listen then we have to wait . Sometimes it’s the night before surgery or funeral before we get relief from our shift, that’s so not fair, the stress of what we are going throw & then waiting to be swapped . All of us are just as important as the next !!! We understand it would still need a approval . But it could literally do some of the leg work without so much stress !! Cashier face so much of COMSTOMER s stress we get the brunt if it’s a bad day if it’s a good day we certainly are glad !! But to deal with wait and if we can ask off when it’s our family !!! We don’t like to have to call in and say I m not coming in today because of surgery or funeral or sickness!! Swapping shift should not be so much stress!!!

I like all that this version of schedule app has to offer but would really appreciate it if there was a way for notifications could be done also by email when there are changes made. I have had whole shift changes made and I never realised it until the night before when I happened to open the app and saw the notification message then. I know this is possible because it was an option on a previous app we had. Really like being able to put in for time off from home from this rather than going to our other one.

I’ll change my rating if it ends up working. It takes forever to load, I still have the old one and it loads instantly. I can’t check my schedule on the new one, I just get an error and reload option(but it still loads perfectly fine on the old app). So far it’s just continuous errors. I do like the new look and having more options (even if they don’t actually load for me). I hope the Face ID is re-enabled because I didn’t like having to constantly do the 2-step verification just to check my schedule.

I frequently use the Manager section to call in my associates or check their schedule for them. I also look at this section to make sure that I have adequate coverage throughout the weekend. I really like the new app overall, it’s nice but i feel like it’s very plane. I feel like it should have more options than just the schedule, it feels over all incomplete. I would love to beta test the app if there are still builds that need to be tested before they come out.
