I read a Jan 28 review that claims you get Mystic Lake points for using this app. This is not true. You *might* get points when you spend real money for the app’s worthless coins (not verified). You *don’t* get points just by playing the app. This was my original complaint, no Real rewards. By downloading and keeping it on your phone Mystic Lake does have drawings (one so far before Covid19 closure) just for having it. Ruby Seven claims the games are just like those in the casino. Here’s a difference: At Mystic a penny slot has bets like 40 cents, 80 cents, $1.20, $2.00 and $3.20. On the app bets go 750; 2,500; 6,000 and up. They should in my opinion go 750; 1500; 2250 (or 3,000) etc. Even Blackjack which has a minimum $ amount at Mystic allows bets to increase by $1. Here 600 goes to 1500, it should go 600, 700, 800, etc. There should be a High Stakes and Low Stakes option. Those that want to bet high can go play High Stakes can go do that; those that want to play long haul should have options to increase in smaller increments.

UPDATE: After a couple hours (and a complaint to support staff) I went back into the app and my status was reinstated and missing coins were now available. ORIGINAL: Today there was a software update pushed out. I was at status 26, had 200k points, and had purchased a point package that gives 1m a day for 7 days. ALL gone after the update. And player level is set back to ‘1’. Their support info says to retain history you must connect the app to facebook, which everyone knows is a BAD idea these days. And fact is many people don’t have facebook ID’s anymore if they ever did. If you buy coins do NOT buy the multi-day payout package. If you buy coins, use them up in a day, else you will lose them after the next software update. I have several slot apps and this is the only one that requires FB to retain your history and status. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP.

I really enjoy playing the game, I would enjoy it even more if I could play longer. I’ve never been able to buy more coins, the app just freezes and hangs there, so once I’m out of coins I have to wait until I receive bonus coins to play again. If it weren’t for that issue, I’d rate the app higher and be able to enjoy playing much more. So I downloaded the app onto two separate devices. On one, I linked my Club M card but I didn’t on the other. I’m always going broke on the app that has my card linked to it, and still haven’t been able to buy more coins, but on the app not linked to the card I have managed to keep between $3-$5 million dollars on it and have not gone broke. I’ve noticed this same phenomenon when using the card in the slot machines at the casino so I rarely use my Club M card.

I’ve always loved mystic but the rewards aren’t as great as if you were playing in Vegas which kinda threw me off used to more ways to get rewards. If I could recommend one thing it would to be having the bonus point system like the gold coin system on MyVEGAS where I can play slots of get real world rewards. I did get a reward just for downloading the game that equaled to a real life $10 slot play. But this could be a great app it just seems like it’s missing something and that’s gaining real mystic rewards instead of it just being the name on just another slots app.

I’m really loving this app! I like the variety of the games and all the ways to get free coins. You get daily bonuses and daily quests which are a fun way to try new games and get more coins! Count Dracula Keno is SO fun, I love the graphics and the music, and the interactive bonuses are even more cool and fun than most slots! This app has great selection of slots, including of the same ones I like to play when I go to real world casinos. The blackjack is pretty fun too. Definitely give this a try, but it’s addictive, can’t turn down the free daily coins, and I end up playing game after game.
