It works ok, but get rid of some of the unnecessary actions. For one, the spinning account panels on the home page (it's slow and annoying, waiting to see what your balances are). The requirement to write a description for internal transfers (I know why I'm transferring the money to myself, I'm probably doing it at the checkout too, so take a step out to speed it up). Asking me for a pin every time I sign in (no, I don't want one and I want the option to go away when it's clear I don't want one). It would be handy to have the numbers-only keyboard displayed for money and numerical actions/boxes too, instead of the standard keyboard. Again, to speed things up. Overall though, it's better than logging in to mobile or internet banking.

Liking the way the platform now pick up spending patterns, upcoming bills and shows where you may be able to set aside some savings.

The updated app has some great features, very intuitive.

Worst banking app ever! Freezes on the last day of the month often... guess there is some sort of update process happening? The new “insights” feature is useless.

Unfortunately I have not had many positive experiences with this app so far (7months). I use it on my iPhone8 (and follow the recommended updates) : while in theory it is very handy for me to access mobile online banking during working hours, in practice this app leaves a lot to be desired. It is slow to load, often freezes during transactions, occasionally freezes during sign-in and currently I am not even able to sign in on my mobile at all despite clicking the “upgrade” button and trying to update the app via App Store (yes I even turn it on and off again)😤 I’ll admit I’m not a techie expert (but equally not a total idiot!!) so would be happy to hear suggestions if I could utilise it better.
