It will show a loading screen but never actually log in.. frustrating

I use this app virtually weekly but it takes 3 or 4 goes to logon without crashing. It loads the main screen, I use my fingerprint to log on, it thinks for a bit and then crashes. I repeat until I get in. It never works first go. Shame because I like that I can view my repayments, see how much is due and when. I also like that I can export statements. Please fix

App crashes repeatedly on every log on attempt. It sometimes takes up to five attempts to finally log in.

Being the “Mercedes Benz” brand name you would expect a whole lot better from this app. That’s if you can even log in or when you do log in it doesn’t crash on you!

Disappointing to see that such a brand like Mercedes promotes this app for their customers to use, can’t help but ask is Mercedes heading down the same path as this app ? Just providing low end cost services?
