After trying to set up an account online (which kept telling me they had no service.., for days), I tried downloading the app thinking it was better configured. Nope. Just like every other reviewer, I still cannot create an account. It tells me I already have one and to sign in. When you try signing in you get an error message saying you don’t have an account with that email, try a different email or create an account. (I know they have this email on file, since I get emails from them, but I never set up an account.) How am I supposed to track my rewards that I signed up for over a year ago? I love the quality and styles of clothing for my new-ish mom bod that won’t go away. Please fix. This is beyond annoying.

This is the second time trying to use this app. This is the second time I’m having the same issue. I’m being told that my password is incorrect and when I do the forgot password it says no account with that email, so I go to crest an account and it says one already exist. So if it already exists why can I not sign in with my information or why does it say no account on file? I love the clothes and I won’t stop shopping because of a dumb app but I would like to know what is going on in my account with my points.

I only clicked 5 stars because it wouldn’t let me submit 1. Every time I try to get into the app, it never goes. I think I was able to when I first downloaded it but haven’t since. It keeps “buffering” like it can’t load. So I went through my email to purchase items and if I move to something else, the items in my cart disappear. Yes I was logged in. Love the store and the clothes but whoever is in charge of your online sales needs to get it figured out.

The app will not let me log on. It keeps telling me create an account. Even though I have one, I try to set one up. Then it tells me that I already have an account. Well, which one is it?! Customer service is NO HELP. They keep telling me to delete the app, reinstall, then sign in after 7 days. Sounds silly. But I do it. And the same errors pop up. Contact customer service again same response. So I am not able to log on, customer service has no idea how to fix it, and I’m done shopping at Maurice’s.

Would give it no starts if that was an option. I am a vip member have loyalty rewards, this app does not work. Tells me I don’t have an account to create a new account and then tells me I have an account and to rest my pass if I try to do that it tells me I don’t have an account again. I would like the easy access of an app. It is impossible to access my account on the app but I have no problem when I use my safari I can access my accounts just fine. Fix the issues please!
