Their security deposit is not gaurenteed. I returned car before 4 days and they are not even responding on crediting my deposit 5000 rupees back. I would not book car again using Myles, I might also take a step to Sue them against steeling my money. Very disappointing 👎

My security refund hasn't been given back. This is a horrible customer experience. They haven't informed me why it's not initiated. I want to understand what is the issue.

Horrible service and most unreliable taxi rental service. At Last minute pick up location was changed even after booking the trip several months ago. Go with Myles only if you want to spoil your trip.

I made a reservation for a week in 10 days advance Paying 15000 rent plus 5000 security deposit. My booking ID is 6723221. I went to pickup location from airport at 4:00 am representative at the location already knowns that someone is coming for pickup and car is not available, even then MYLES did not inform me that car is not available. I called their customer care then their representative told they can not arrange car then I told him that I spent 1250 for taxi and I have to go back to airport rentals (I spent 2000 up and down) then he told they will refund money. After some time some rude representative from MYLES called me and told they don’t have policy to refund money and offered me 20% discount code for future reservation. Funny thing is that After all false promises, reckless behavior, careless talking, waste of my time and money they still expect me to make future reservation with discount code they offered. MYLES mentioned reason for cancellation is documents for car not available this says they are listing and advertising cars without documents or they might be lying.
