This app is a wonderful tool. I love being able to know when clients try to contact me when I am not at the dealership and I love being able to get them an instant answer to any questions . I cAnt tell you how many times the video walk around has saved me from paying for pre-existing car damage already . My only complaints would be that there are too many updates and if you don’t do the update you are prompted to update every tome you open the app which is annoying . The app can also be a bit glitchy and I hate that I get a push notification about my video upload whenever I close the app . Otherwise this is a great tool for anyone in the Automotive service industry.

I use this all the time and love when my technicians send me pic bc I can send them straight on to our customer! This is quickly becoming my only tool for contact on a customer no matter if their vehicle is here or not. Love that tech and other employees can see what has been talked about also. Phasing our my personal cell phone that most of my customers have had the last 3 years. Videos are the only thing that seems to be not always send-able due to size no matter how short it is.

WAY too many updates, and still will not store your login info, or give the option for fingerprint or Face ID, making you manually re-enter your user ID and password every time it logs you out, which is way too often. It’s also a giant resource hog on your device, taking up way too much space on mobile devices. We had to upgrade the memory on our desktops because it would cause other programs to lock up or crash.

This app needs to have the ability like desktop to only view your messages. Not have to scroll through everyone else’s to find yours

Need to allow Touch ID or let us save password and user id at a minimum sick of typing everything when my phone is secure! Love it other than that!
