Since I updated to iOS 13 a couple days ago, the app opens and I can purchase tickets/passes but it can’t be scanned cause the interface is messed up, its not in the center of the screen anymore, it’s moved up a little therefore it can’t be scanned😤

If you get locked out of the app on a weekend or when the office is closed, you won’t be able to access your bus card, in app, until you get the matter cleared up with JTA. I shattered my phone screen and had to get a new phone. I loaded the MyJTA app to the new phone and logged in my credentials. I understand that for security reasons and to prevent fraud, you cannot have the app running on two separate devices. But you should be able, in app, to disconnect the previous device. Or, when you load and open the app on your new device, you should receive a message that you will no longer be able to use your account on the old device, be given the option to approve, and proceed. Instead, you’re locked out of your account completely and have to call JTA. And JTA isn’t open on Sundays or during certain hours. So you’re unable to access your bus pass and you are losing what you paid for, because of crappy app design and Jacksonville’s incredibly crappy mass transit. If a person is required to call support to access their app, support needs to be available to fix the problem.

Got this app when I first moved to Jacksonville. Works great when I need to buy a bus pass, and also really helpful to locate my bus and see exactly where it is in real time. I pair this with my google maps app to plan the route and the jta app to locate the bus and track it!

Like Uber and other ride sharing apps there should be a way to track exactly where the bus is. To many times does the bus says it will be there and it shows up 15-20 minutes average late 90% plus of the time. Very rarely does the bus show up on its projected time. By being able to track it you’re more likely to be able to make the bus with out worrying about whether or not you missed it because it’s late or showed up early.

This app is very convenient , especially for someone like me who forgets to get a bus pass downtown , now if I forget I have another option other than traveling back out . Good job ! Now all you guys have to do is get more respectable bus drivers.
