The programmes in the app are based on a psychological approach called child-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and they focus on 5 different subjects: anger, shyness, bullying, grief & concerns. In collaboration with Mindful Family, the app also offers a mindfulness programme with 3 meditation exercises to help your child find inner peace and balance. **HOW DOES IT WORK ** The app is for both children and parents: As a parent, your login will give you guidance in how to support your child cope with their struggles. Meanwhile, your child will work through a playful and research-based course that is carefully tailored to their age and understanding. In this way, you and your child will be guided through parallel sessions with each other, and this will allow you to work together to help your child thrive again. The content in each programme is based on daily listening exercises for both you and your child, plus a diary where one can reflect on the day's session. The animated videos in the exercises are narrated by Angela, whose voice is calm and soothing, almost like meditation.
