I could use it the day before, bit not today. The app opened and closed and I need to reinstall it. It happened months go.

Been using MyBUPA app to submit claims which was easy and smooth, but throughout May 2018 the app keeps crashing again and again. The landing page can’t even be loaded. Tried to remove & re-download but it doesn’t work.

Bad design. Slow response. Doctor finder is so hard to use. Scroll bar within a scroll-able page. Come on this is not a desktop site. Font too small. Pop up ads everywhere. Perfect example of a failed app. The previous Doctor Finder app was so much better. I hope the digital team is seeing this comment

Used to be able to but not anymore with the new iOS

I try to type password and I firmly believe that my input is correct. However it always show that my password is not correct. In the end I cannot create my account.
