Thought you got credits for a free question..my bad I didn’t know I had to spend credits to answer a psychics questions regarding numbers. That’s not how it is on other platforms like this. First one I’ve seen that charges you to answer a psychics question. Seriously?. Sorry but if u want to compete with all these other psychic platforms than do as they do and answer ur customers freaking questions 🙄. Ridiculous how this app makes customers spend money for someone not to follow through on the services they advertise. Shady if u ask me. But who am I...just a nobody I suppose since i was straight up ignored. Y’all could make a whole lot more money if your psychics actually answered your customers questions like it says in the description of this app. Didn’t realize I downloaded an app just to be ignored. On the flip side if I wasn’t ignored I would of bought more credits. But no thank you now. You wanted my feedback well there you have it. Have a good one. 👎🏼👎🏼

The app is very unprofessional. I’m convinced they’re just in it for money. You can be as straight forward as possible with questions, but they’ll ask more irrelevant questions that doesn’t answer your initial question. They do that just for you to spend more money on credits. You buy credits and still don’t get your questions answered. I had a psychic tell me he was deepening his research to give me answers and never got back to me. So unprofessional!

When I was talking to a psychic, I was about to type a question until she said something to me that she knew I was gonna ask but eventually the psychic started saying things that I knew were not true.

I choose not to purchase any credits on purpose . It is not much 4 bucks for 5 Q But still . They would give you 3 credits or so . I had only 1 questions Reply was so immature ,, Are u ready to read cards ??,, Well yes ! This is why I asked questions . So badicaly back and forth . Did not get my answer with 3 credits . And irony because if they would provide good service I will be coming back . But they loosing costomers at ,, Hello,, Don't care . Try Purple Ocean

Wasted all my credits and had to buy more and NEVER answered my questions. Gabriel just kept asking what my question was. Then my name. I told him everything he needed to "read" my situation and when he didn't respond I asked was he going to answer my question and his response was "you didn't get my response earlier?". This is not unprofessional, that's an understatement. This is a SCAM!!!!
