Stop Blaming Cellular network and everything else. Take responsibility and invest properly in an App that works if you advertise this when selling your cars. Clearly it’s not running right you have horrible reviews. I bought the most expensive version of the cross that you guys had. I love everything about it except this app. But it takes me 3 minutes of staring at my iPhone to start my car on a cold morning. And 40% of the time I can’t even log in. It never remembers my password. I have to reset the same password all the time. It’s like rolling the dice if I actually start the car or not. And honestly I wouldn’t care at all if you would have a remote starter on your key fob. Which I figured would be the case paying as much as I did for this car. My only choice to remote start my car every morning when it’s freezing is too get stressed out and get a headache and resent your company more and more. I’ve had this car since March and been using the app and NOTHING has been fixed or altered on the app. I called your company and asked if they’d install a remote starter and they refused. It’s a small detail of the car. I love everything about it. But this is seriously deterring me from ever buying Mitsubishi again and this is my third one.

Not for the app itself. The app is fine. Zero stars for the customer service! When I purchased my vehicle at Bell Mitsubishi I was told that this app came with the vehicle purchase free for 2 years! Mitsubishi jipped me out of a year and a half worth of free service that I was promised when I purchased the vehicle!! And then when I called customer service I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. I’m so upset and disgusted with the way Mitsubishi treats their customers!!!Just shows you that you’re just told good things just so they can make a sale! Extremely unhappy considering I have been a loyal Mitsubishi customer and have purchased not only multiple vehicles from you guys but have also recommended Mitsubishi to friends!! I’d love for someone to call me so we can get this rectified! I’d hate to leave the Mitsubishi family because of something like this !

This is the one thing that came with my car that makes me regret ever buying it. This app never works. And I do mean never. Customer support is absolute rude. Every single solution they provide is a joke and a cop out. Truth of the matter, this app is garbage, and these developers want to simply pass the buck, they they didn’t make pure fecal matter for an app. Are we in 2020? How hard is it to have a transmitter, reach a receiver. I swear, this app was made by a team of five ear olds who have no clue as to do anything right. If you are at Mitsubishi, and think about buying. Read this, and think twice. Walk away! If there going to allow something as obvious as the failure of this app, what else will they allow. Bad brake line, faulty electronics. Let Mitsubishi die with this god awful app they released.

The idea of the app is great, the concepts behind it would be very convenient and has the ability to bring value to the vehicle if it worked properly. I have had to delete and re load the app many times, the climate settings portion of the app would not work properly unless I would delete it and then download again. The requests rarely go through and it often alerts me that my Requests have timed out. Because the app is so slow it’s often times easier to just walk out to the car and do it manually then deal with the headache of the app. The app needs a lot of backend work to increase speed and reliability, until then this app does not add any value to the vehicle or make the Mitsubishi brand any better then its competitors.

I’ve tried it in area with full cell signal on all carriers. Clear site to the sky and nothing “Remote lights to vehicle unable to be completed”. I called support got someone right away who was quick to blame iOS 12 and say “sorry you have to wait for the update”. Tried it on an iPhone running 11.3 same results. Look online after support mentioned a “web portal” to use the features, it must be hidden on the deep web or marianas cause I cannot find it. I found the “owners portal” but not anything close to the feature portal support spoke of or which has screenshot displayed on the Connect “media” page. This is disappointing. One star until I see it work at least once. I did not get the invalid VIN error like others, I verified my VIN while troubleshooting on my own.
