Hi, It’s been several months I’m using Excitel network. The day I joined Excitel since then I’m facing connectivity issues. Sometimes it is awesome however most of the times so internet. The technician is very rude and I seriously do not have any words for him now. Every day I report connectivity issue so for half and hour or an hour it works fine but then again speed issues. I am surprised how anyone can betray such trust as the day I opted for it and installed it at my place the technicians were super awesome and kind however after that day they are lost and moreover do not pick any call. Trust me on this everyday I need to report connectivity issue speed issues and then it gets sorted for just half or an hour. Moreover the app only works with internet connection so when I do not have internet how can I report the issue. I seriously want to escalate this issues to the higher authorities. I too own a business and this is not the way to do the business when you can’t be on your words. Whosoever keeps a track of these reviews I request you to please look into the matter and please escalate it so that it gets resolved as earliest. I’m sorry if I’m blunt on my words but trust me I really face a lot of issues. 50mbps plan only 2 users and with these issues I can’t believe it. I hope there will be a positive result on my concern. If you want to put your money down the drain, please go for Excitel. They charged me 2200 for modem, 700 for wiring and 820 for monthly plan. I am just 20 day old customer and I so regret spending 3720 for these fraudsters! Their 820rs plan is for 50mbps speed, you won’t get more than 10mbps ever. Their customer care no is supposedly not working due to Covid19, their app chat support always say that their server is down and they are unable to access the account or help. You raise a ticket and that ticket lies unattended for days, been 5 days now haven’t received any response whatsoever while I am continuously reporting slow speed issue. Seriously feel like I am robbed of my money. They don’t have any social media presence hence I have no option but to leave my review here. I strongly urge don’t ever waste your money on this fraud company, you will regret it!!

I am paying for 200 mbps and just getting speed of 3 to 4 mbps. It is almost more than 1 month but nothing was done by Excitel. From last 3 days I have no internet and no connectivity. I have complained everywhere on Excitel application and on live chat and help desk email but nothing was done. Then I contacted to the installation person who installed the Excitel network at my home but nothing was done. He said I am on leave. When ever I call this person same wording is repeated. Then I put a internet installation request online and just after 2 hr a call was done to me to confirm my address for installation. But till date no call is received for my complaint. From last 1 month I am being mentally harassed by Excitel and I really feel shame on these guys.

Pros: 1. Decent internet connectivity 2. Low Down time Cons: 1. The App: worst app ever. Period. Keeps crashing. Not enough options on the app to renew your packs, or change them 2. Service: poor service in general. I’ve never had my payment picked up on time, due to which, I’ve lost my connection on midnight. This when I raise the ticket for a payment pick up several days in advance. 3. Customer Support: most incompetent customer support ever. There’s just the online chat option, and they literally do nothing for you, other than saying sorry. That’s it, their answer to everything is sorry. Where’s the support? 4. Installation: they’ll try to con you during initial installation. They claim it’s free, but when you connect to the local vendor who delivers their service, they ask for money as additional costs, which are literally published nowhere. Verdict: even thought the connectivity is pretty good, the service short comings far outweighs the pros. STAY AWAY from them. Choose a local vendor instead, who’ll be there for you when you need the support.

I have just started using Excitel and it’s been over 10 days only. During first week, Excitel technician told me to change my current modem to dual modem to enjoy speed of 50 mbs or more but I was reluctant to invest money into new modem resultantly I was getting very less speed but since I have employed new modem to service, the speed of internet is superb and amazing. I also had reservation when I took their services all credit to online reviews still I went on ahead and see I am having no issues at all.
