The video playback is not working properly. Before I could search the time and it would playback at that timeframe. Now it reverts to 0 timeframe all the time. Would appreciate it this is fixed.

This app is terrible. We have been trying to use it for four years with very little luck. It’s very difficult to scan times (eg if a neighbor or police ask us to view our cameras for information on a certain incident) as the fast forwarding is inconsistent. I can have it set on super fast forward and it’ll go very slow. Frustrating. Unfortunately when you get a video camera system you are stuck with the app it’s compatible with. This one renders our whole system useless. We should have put up fake cameras. Also it doesn’t work on our Mac computer and the screen on iPhone is too small to really monitor anything.

I download this because the old mviewer doesn’t support ios 11. This one look identical and works fine, but why the video on playback mode is now in low def, blurry and gets starched on iphone 7? Please update it and let us have the video quality back like the old version please.

Works great last app didn’t work. This one works great on my IPhone 7.

I haven’t been able to log in and view anything since the IOS updated. We still can’t access anything. Open the app and nothing loads and the app just freezes. I’ve tried mViewer-Pro and mViewer-Pro2. Same issues with both!!
