Everything fit is right there underneath your fingertips. Lots of different styles workout programs. If you don’t have access to a gym I love the work home program so there’s no excuse and these aren’t your simple push up or ab crushes. They show you a big list of may different workouts to target every muscle groups. It also has meal receipts.
Workout programs, meal plans, macro calculators etc etc everything to help you live the fitness lifestyle Simple as possible.
This app is totally trash! I downloaded it to check it out and find out everything is behind a paywall an theres no option to unsubscribe or delete your account! This app is so basic they forgot to give the option to delete or remove account cause i want no part of this “free app” thats behind a paywall!!
You can’t even log into it. It gives you the option to log in under FB but then it just hangs. Also, when you set up an account it hangs stating that all fields must be filled out even though they are.
Can’t really write a review about the content and function of the app because I am unable to create an account or log in to use it.
