Munch: Healthy Weight Loss

Well worth the money. I downloaded this Weight Watchers App after using a free app for a short time. It is easy to use, even for a technophobe like me, and an interesting read. Adding your foods is simple, though some of the quantities are americanised there is always an alternative available to use, so I have had no difficulty adding foods and quantities. After you have had a food once the food and quantity show up at the top of the list for you to add again (for example 1oz meusli will always give you the 1oz option). After the day is through you click on analysis and it gives you a breakdown of your foods (how much of this or that and what exceeds your limits in salt or trans fats etc.) and the calories you have burned with exercise (it gives you a well done and a thumbs up!!). I love this app.

I have had this weight watchers app for two weeks now and have already lost 4lb. It's easy to use and allows you to record food and exercise calculating the calories for you. You can add your own recipies and the app counts the calories for you. It is a bit like having a bank statement for your calorie intake. Based on the premise that to lose a pound you need to eat 3500 less calories you can estimate your weight loss. It allows flexibility in your diet so you can tailor your eating habits to your lifestyle. I have had a few problems opening the app but the benefits of the functionality of the app far outweigh the small problems. I would definitely recommend it!

This is a great weight watchers app and surpasses some of the fitness applications I have used in the past relative to food tracking, that is... The bar scanning works very quickly and almost every food product that I have scanned has already been recognized or entered, which saves a lot of time. This is very usable and has made food tracking a breeze when on the Weight Watchers program. The only suggestion is to add a few more back buttons at some of the levels of the food tracking because I occasionally have to use the browser back button instead to get back to the home pages of the main program.

This Weight Watchers App is brilliant. Just one small payment and that's it. I have used leading diet companies online before that cost a fortune and this app is by far the best. It keeps you on track all the time and most foods are listed in their database. It will take a couple of times to get around the system which is easy enough and it logs everything for you. Like I said before just a small payment and that's it. My daughter bought it also and we compare notes. All your favourite foods are kept so you just have to click on them to use again and it gives you brilliant personal analysis. Buy it and you will love it.

I have been on and off of weight watchers for years mostly due to the cost of the program. I found this app yesterday after searching the internet for an app that would help me track and stay accountable. So far I have been able to do everything with this app I could do with the weight watchers app. And honestly, I think I like this set up much better than the weight watchers one. All in all the price for all the features is less than $20 and no monthly fee. AWESOME! ! Like I said, so far so good. Definitely recommend this app to anyone who does not want to pay a monthly fee for tracking and weight loss.....
