I have been using Mulberrys/Laundry Locker for years, and their service quality In SF has declined to the point that it’s almost unusable. First, the app is very difficult to use and provides almost no useful functionality. The "locations" tab is missing many of their locker locations, and it's very difficult to place an order at a locker because the "order" pane often doesn't show any nearby lockers. I also find it strange that I can't place an order from the "locations" tab, which would be much more convenient than the way orders are placed in the app.
Also, the lockers are falling apart. I usually use the lockers at 475 Sansome Street, and almost all of the lockers at that location are broken. Only 2-3 work, out of close to a dozen lockers. This location is also missing from the "locations" tab, even though it's available as an option on the "orders" page.
Also, I find it very strange that Mulberrys/Laundry Locker now separates all my orders and delivers each part of my order separately. Laundry Locker never did this before it was acquired by Mulberrys, and this is a huge step down in service quality and convenience.
All in all, the main selling point of these lockers is that they're convenient, but Mulberrys seems to be doing everything in its power to make them less convenient.
