MTN

The new MTN app is sleeker and better looking. It is also user friendly. I like it more than the first one. My only criticism is that a few things need to be fine tuned e.g the back button on the Profile section doesn’t work, you have to click save changes to go back to the account page.

I like the new looks and it’s a lot cleaner but wish it had dark mode support as well as the ability to view linked numbers on my account. I have a data sim and the old app was great for checking available data on that number even though I logged in with my main number

Great App much improved from the current one, what I love the most is that you can track your data balance, bought & spent/used for up to 90days, the option of emailing the statement top it all, very detailed👏🏼. It gives you the current balance of your vouchers on landing page, the MTN signature font 👌🏽I just love it👏🏼👏🏼😍😍🥰🥰😎😎

The app looks and feels nice but the previous app allowed me to enter only one cellphone number and had all my other MTN contracts linked so it was all in my profile. I now can only access the info in relation the number inputted but cannot see the info for my other contracts. I don’t want to have to input the number for each contract every time I want view the details of the related contract or recharge, etc. The previous function was great

The ‘new’ app’s functionality is poor. I’m unable to add adhoc data services to either of the numbers on my contract as all the available data services are not listed. In fact the list of services for each number on the contract is different (compared to logging on to my account online with a browser). The functionality appears to be the same as the old app and this is not a step forward.
